As a third-generation Real Estate broker, Brett boasts an impressive more than twenty-year career in the Amelia Island and Jacksonville markets. Real Estate has been his lifelong passion, and he proudly carries on the family legacy. Becoming a licensed broker at the young age of twenty-three, Brett humorously recalls being the youngest broker on Amelia Island at the time, a distinction he still holds two decades later. His specialization lies in oceanfront properties, resort homes and villas, luxury sales, resort vacation rental management, brokerage, commercial land, and residential property sales. Brett particularly enjoys assisting clients in the second home market, maximizing their investments and lifestyle opportunities.

Brett's commitment to the real estate industry is unwavering. Over the years, he has served on various boards and committees, including the Amelia Island Nassau County Association of Realtors Grievance Committee and the Professional Standards Committee. He has also held the prestigious position of president of the Amelia Island-Nassau County Multiple Listing Service. Currently, Brett serves on the board of directors for the Amelia Island - Nassau County Association of Realtors, further contributing his expertise and leadership to the industry.

In 2014, Brett obtained his Florida Real Estate Instructor License, allowing him to teach credit courses on the National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics and Core Law at the Association of REALTORS. His commitment to education and sharing his knowledge demonstrates his dedication to elevating the industry as a whole.

Dorrie Coit, a Jacksonville native, is a dedicated professional with a passion for small business management and exceptional customer service. She began her educational journey at The Bolles School before continuing her studies at Warren Wilson College in Asheville, NC, and later at Flagler College in St. Augustine, FL. With a strong background in business management, Dorrie's expertise lies in providing outstanding service to customers. In 2016, she obtained her Real Estate License and has since been an integral part of The Aroneck Group for six years. During her tenure, Dorrie has taken on various roles, including Executive Assistant, Transaction Coordinator, and Customer Care Specialist. Her commitment to excellence ensures that clients receive the utmost attention and support in achieving their real estate goals, all while fostering a positive and rewarding experience. Before joining The Aroneck Group, Dorrie excelled as a service writer and business manager for a mobile marine service. Her experience in this field further honed her skills in managing operations, customer satisfaction, and maintaining efficient processes. Beyond her professional endeavors, Dorrie finds joy in spending quality time with her husband, Andy, and building cherished memories with her two step-children, Emily and Tony. They share their home with beloved pets, creating a warm and loving environment. In her spare time, Dorrie embraces the opportunity to relax, unwind, and pursue personal interests. Suzannah McEntire Aroneck,

Director of Marketing 

Suzannah McEntire Aroneck is a native of Columbia, South Carolina who relocated to Jacksonville in 2017. With a passion for art and education, Suzannah embarked on her higher education journey at The School of The Art Institute of Chicago. She later completed her Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Painting at the prestigious Savannah College of Art and Design. After gaining valuable experience as an Administrative Assistant and Program Coordinator at the State Department of Education in South Carolina for nine years, Suzannah pursued her Graduate Degree in Art Education from the University of Florida. Eager to share her knowledge and creativity, she taught art education at the middle and elementary school levels for four years before joining The Aroneck Group on Amelia Island in the Fall of 2020. In September 2021, Suzannah earned her Real Estate license, allowing her to explore her passion for the real estate industry. In 2022, she further enhanced her expertise by becoming an Accredited Staging Professional. Her dedication and talent in staging homes were recognized when she received the esteemed Rising Star Award for 2023 from the International Association of Home Staging Professionals. Drawing on her strong background in art education, Suzannah thrives in her role as the Director of Marketing for The Aroneck Group. She combines her artistic eye with strategic marketing techniques to showcase properties effectively and attract potential buyers. Additionally, her experience as a program coordinator and her ability to plan and execute statewide conferences in South Carolina make her an invaluable asset as the Special Events Coordinator for The Aroneck Group.When she's not immersed in the world of real estate, Suzannah cherishes her downtime with her husband, Brett. She indulges in her love for art by creating her own artwork, and she enjoys socializing with friends and acquaintances. Suzannah's caring nature extends to her beloved deaf French Bulldog, Betty White, whom she and Brett adore and take great care of.With a diverse skill set encompassing art, education, marketing, and event coordination, Suzannah Aroneck brings a unique blend of creativity and expertise to The Aroneck Group, making her an integral part of their success.

Ed Gagliardi

Ed Gagliardi is a valuable member of The Aroneck Group, joining in January 2022 as a Showing Partner. In 2019, while in search of a home on Amelia Island, Ed and his fiancé, Ginny, were referred to Brett and his team. True to their reputation, The Aroneck Group found them their perfect home, leaving a lasting impression on Ed. Impressed by their professionalism, Ed looks forward to complementing the group's culture and contributing to its continued success.

With a wealth of experience in sales and relationship building, Ed brings his talents to The Aroneck Group, assisting clients who are looking to relocate or invest in property on Amelia Island. His genuine enjoyment of working with people and his dedication to providing exceptional service make him a valuable asset in helping clients achieve their real estate goals. Outside of work, Ed cherishes his role as a father to three children and a grandfather to three grandchildren. He actively participates in community organizations, including the Greater Nassau County Rotary Club, the Nassau County Chamber of Commerce, and the Amelia Island Nassau County Association of Realtors. Ed's involvement in these groups reflects his commitment to his community and staying connected with local businesses and residents. In his leisure time, Ed's passions include following the New York Yankees, classic cars, and golf.
