Real estate is the first and only career Brett has ever known. Licensed as a broker at just twenty-three years old, he jokingly notes that he was the youngest broker on Amelia Island at the time and, more than two decades later, is still one of the youngest brokers on the island. His areas of expertise include oceanfront properties, luxury homes, resort villas, second homes, investment properties, commercial land, residential sales, and vacation rental management. Brett especially enjoys helping clients maximize both the financial and lifestyle benefits of owning property in Northeast Florida.

Throughout his career, he has served on numerous industry boards and committees, including the Amelia Island-Nassau County Association of Realtors Grievance Committee, Professional Standards Committee, and as President of the Amelia Island-Nassau County Multiple Listing Service. In 2026, Brett proudly serves as President of the Amelia Island-Nassau County Association of Realtors, reflecting the trust and respect he has earned from his peers and the local real estate community.

In 2014, Brett obtained his Florida Real Estate Instructor License and continues to teach National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics and Core Law courses. Dorrie Coit, a Jacksonville native, is a dedicated professional with a passion for small business management and exceptional customer service. She began her educational journey at The Bolles School before continuing her studies at Warren Wilson College in Asheville, NC, and later at Flagler College in St. Augustine, FL. With a strong background in business management, Dorrie's expertise lies in providing outstanding service to customers. In 2016, she obtained her Real Estate License and has since been an integral part of The Aroneck Group for since. During her tenure, Dorrie has takes on various roles, including Executive Assistant, Transaction Coordinator, and Customer Care Specialist. Her commitment to excellence ensures that clients receive the utmost attention and support in achieving their real estate goals, all while fostering a positive and rewarding experience. Before joining The Aroneck Group, Dorrie excelled as a service writer and business manager for a mobile marine service. Her experience in this field further honed her skills in managing operations, customer satisfaction, and maintaining efficient processes. Beyond her professional endeavors, Dorrie finds joy in spending quality time with her husband, Andy, and building cherished memories with her two step-children. They share their home with beloved pets, creating a warm and loving environment. In her spare time, Dorrie embraces the opportunity to relax, unwind, and pursue personal interests. Suzannah McEntire Aroneck,

Director of Marketing 

Suzannah McEntire Aroneck joined The Aroneck Group in the fall of 2020, bringing with her a unique blend of creativity, education, marketing, and client service experience. As Director of Marketing for The Aroneck Group, she specializes in Home Staging, visual marketing, and property presentation. Her artistic eye and understanding of buyer psychology help sellers maximize their home's appeal, stand out in a competitive market, and achieve the best possible results. A Columbia, South Carolina native who relocated to Jacksonville, Florida, in 2017, Suzannah studied at The School of the Art Institute of Chicago before earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting from the Savannah College of Art and Design in 2000 and a Master's Degree in Art Education from the University of Florida in 2016. Prior to joining The Aroneck Group, she spent nine years as an Administrative Assistant and Program Coordinator with the South Carolina Department of Education and four years teaching elementary and middle school art. Suzannah earned her Florida Real Estate License in 2021 and became an Accredited Staging Professional in 2022. In 2023, she was honored with the Rising Star Award from the International Association of Home Staging Professionals, recognizing her success and contributions to the home staging industry. An artist at heart, Suzannah enjoys painting, photography, travel, community involvement, and spending time on Amelia Island with her husband, Brett. She is also the proud owner of Betty White, their beloved deaf French Bulldog who has become a local celebrity in her own right. Whether Staging a home, creating marketing materials, or helping clients prepare for market, Suzannah brings creativity, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for helping others achieve their goals.

Cajun Holland

Cajun Holland joined The Aroneck Group in October 2024, bringing a strong background in sales, client service, and relationship building to the team. Originally from California and now proud to call Amelia Island home, Cajun combines his passion for real estate with an authentic appreciation for the coastal lifestyle that attracts so many buyers and sellers to Northeast Florida. As a licensed real estate professional, he is dedicated to helping clients navigate the market with confidence through clear communication, responsiveness, and a service-first approach. His experience working with both buyers and sellers allows him to provide thoughtful guidance while helping clients make informed real estate decisions. Outside of real estate, Cajun enjoys surfing, fishing, golfing, and spending time on the water. His connection to the beach and outdoor lifestyle gives him a unique perspective on the Amelia Island and Fernandina Beach communities and the qualities that make them such desirable places to live.
