Brett Aroneck is a third generation Real Estate broker and twenty-year veteran of the Amelia Island & Jacksonville Real Estate markets. Real Estate is the first and only career Brett has ever known.  Jokingly, Brett says that upon receiving his brokers license at twenty-three years old, he was the youngest broker on Amelia Island and, some twenty years later, he is still one of the youngest brokers on Amelia Island.  His specialties include ocean front, resort, and luxury home and villa sales, resort vacation rental management, brokerage, commercial land, and residential property sales. Brett truly enjoys second home sales and helping buyers or sellers in these markets maximize their investments and lifestyle opportunities.

Brett continually dedicates himself to the Real Estate industry and has previously served on numerous boards and committees such as Amelia Island Nassau County Association of Realtors Grievance Committee, Professional Standards Committee, and has also served as the president of the Amelia Island-Nassau County Multiple Listing Service.  He currently serves on the board of directors for the Amelia Island - Nassau County Association of Realtors.

In 2014 Brett obtained his Florida Real Estate Instructor License and teaches National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics and Core Law credit courses at the Association of REALTORS.  Most recently Brett was named #6 in the North Florida Region for Individual  Closed Volume out of 5500 other agents in Keller Williams Realty.  Of the 125,000 + agents in Keller Williams Realty International, he consistently ranks in the top 1% of all producing agents.
